Yesterday I sent an email to our backup team to compare status, today I got something back.

Name, email, timestamp has been removed:

Hi sqldba,

Sorry for overlooking the mails from you.
I shall provide the required information in few minutes from now.

43 minutes later, one of my co-worker wrote to me over IM:

here’s the translation for that email that just came in from XXXXXX XXXXXX

Sorry, That we ignore emails from peons like you
I shall provide the info more or less in a few hours from now after I finish my smoke break, dinner break etc.
